Whoever is on the other end convinced the woman to accept two wire transfers from him for $30,000 and $50,000. She then transferred that money to another account at the scammer’s request.
Fake Momoa told the woman that he’s getting a divorce and needed to stash money away. The real Momoa is married to Lisa Bonet and spoke positively about spending time with her and their two children during the pandemic in an interview on the Daily Show last month.
